Is Your Community Working on Community Health Initiatives?

by Melissa on August 16th, 2017

Is your community working on community health initiatives?

Do you have a collaboration in place with multiple partners like the school, health care facility, Countryside Public Health’s SHIP program or others and have a project that could win $25,000?

“The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Culture of Health Prize is an annual competition honoring communities that have placed a priority on health and are creating powerful partnerships and deep commitments to provide everyone with the opportunity to live well.

Prize communities will receive $25,000, have the opportunity to share their story and lessons learned with the country, and join a national network of past winning communities.”

Free webinar on September 20.

Application deadline: November 3, 2017, 3:00pm ET

The RWJF website has a sampling of past winners to get your ideas flowing!
