The Minnesota Dept. of Natural Resources (DNR) has $2.6 million available for Conservation Partners Legacy grants. Applications are due Sept. 26 at 5 p.m. Applicants can request from $5,000 to $400,000 to enhance, restore, or protect the forests, wetlands, prairies, and habitat for fish, game, or wildlife in Minnesota.
Applicants will have a choice between the $25,000 and Under (U25K) application or the Over $25,000 (O25K) application. The U25K has a simplified application but limits the amount that can be requested. All projects must have a 10-percent non-state match requirement identified at the time of application submission.
See the full request for proposals and other details on the Over $25,000/Under $25,000 grant cycle webpage.
