Citizen Planner Handbook Now Available Online

An invaluable resource is now available on the American Planning Association, Minnesota Chapter website for free: The Citizen Planner Handbook, an excellent reference tool for planning commissioners, elected officials, engaged citizens and also planners.

The Citizen Planner Handbook contains information on commission bylaws, findings of fact, parliamentary procedure, public hearings and board orientation as well as introductions to comprehensive plans, zoning and subdivision regulations in addition to many more topics.
