This is the largest statewide new venture competition in the United State. It has supported and accelerated the development of innovative business ideas from around the state. In 2014, the Cup opened for entries on March 24th. State residents have until May 9th to submit entries to compete for $300,000 in prize money.
The Southwest Initiative Foundation has partnered with MN Cup to help promote and bring awareness to this competition here in southwest Minnesota. The competition is free to enter and many valuable resources are available to those who enter. Southwest Minnesota has the lowest number of past participants in the state. Let’s make it our goal to change that and show Minnesota that we have awesome and inspiring entrepreneurs!
