The Minnesota Food Charter is a shared roadmap designed to provide access to safe, affordable, healthy food for all the state’s residents. Developed by thousands of Minnesotans, including many of you in southwest and west central Minnesota, the Food Charter describes policy and systems changes that create healthier food environments, food skills, and food infrastructure.
