The UMVRDC is encouraging the small towns in our region to take some additional time to identify needs and priorities. It can be very useful to have an outside facilitator to help with these conversations. If your community is interested in doing this, we are offering our staff to come to your community and help facilitate this conversation at no cost!
This one-hour conversation is an informal, no-pressure format that will result in the identification of opportunities for your community. This community conversation could be just with your city council.
The results we will strive for include:
- A list of your community needs and project ideas.
- Prioritization of community needs and project ideas.
- To share some existing opportunities available to all small towns.
We will provide more information on the following topics:
– B3 Benchmarking
– Public Art Grants
– Website Development
If you are interested in this unique and time-limited opportunity, contact the UMVRDC today and we will schedule your free 1-hour planning session! This offer is available on a first come, first served basis.
This special offer has been extended! Please reply by Monday, January 9, 2012.
