The communities of Clinton, Graceville, and Beardsley received a joint SCDP grant authored by the UMVRDC. The communities had until September 2019 to utilize $637,500 in SCDP grant funds to rehabilitate 26 owner-occupied homes and six commercial properties. Prairie Five Community Action and UMVRDC staff provided field and general administration for the project.
