Economic Development Director
The City of Granite Falls, Minnesota (population 3,000) is accepting applications for the Economic Development Authority (EDA) staff position. The person will be responsible to the EDA Board for economic, community and housing development activities. Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, high energy, creativity and pro-active interaction with the public and business community.
A Bachelor’s Degree in economic development, community development, public administration or closely related field is required. Some work experience in community economic development is beneficial.
Compensation starting at $ 42,000 annually depending on qualifications.
