“Get your business/events noticed by over 4.5 million viewers per year”

Explore Minnesota Tourism (EMT) maintains information on tourism related businesses to assist travelers with planning their vacations. Free listings are available to all businesses who meet the criteria found on the EMT website. These businesses include lodging, attractions, dining, and events. Listings, once approved, appear on the EMT website they are also available to for the travel counselor’s location throughout the state to assist visitors in planning their time in Minnesota.
Your listing includes basic information, contact information, hyperlinks, and a photo. You can even track how many visitors clicked on your listing and visited your website! To get started or to see if your businesses/events are eligible contact Kim Kinsler (651)-757-1847 tourism@state.mn.us

Integrate EMT events onto your website

Integrate regional and statewide events onto your website for FREE! Be sure to update your events on the EMT website so others can share your events on their websites too. This event toolbar will pull the upcoming events happening in MN and in our region, in which can be viewed from hundreds of different websites. The EMT website has over 4.5 million viewers each year. The more we help promote one another’s events, the more viewers and visitors we will get!

DNR Mobile App “Get to know the Lake”

Take the MN DNR’s lake information on the go with the LakeFinder mobile website. The LakeFinder contains data for more then 4,5000 lakes and rivers throughout Minnesota and this mobile application allows you to get the information on demand with an internet connection. Get lake surveys, depth maps, vegetation reports, water data, water accesses, and fishing regulations in the palm of your hand.
