As part of the UMVRDC monthly board meeting, MnDOT officials will make present a draft of the Area Transportation Improvement Program (ATIP) on transportation projects proposed for 2013-2016. The draft ATIP uses federal funds for roads, bridges, rail road crossings, safety projects, transportation enhancements, and local transit (bus) service. They will be able to answer
